Pre-Schools in Scandinavia

The Adolfsen Group have invested in several private pre-schools in Norway and Sweden, divided into 4 different companies. The pre-schools are situated in Tromsø, Bodø, Brønnøysund, in the south-east of Norway and in the Stockholm area.


VIFO Barnehagene AS
Since the establishment in 1998 the company’s goal has been to develop high quality pre-schools, where user-friendliness and the daily operations always has been a central part of the plan. Today “VIFO” is running 13 schools in the south-east of Norway.

Tromsø Barnehagedrift AS
This company was established in 1997 and operates 6 pre-schools in Tromsø.
Their goal is to ensure the children as well as their parents a good and safe environment.

Barnekompaniet AS
The head office of Barnekompaniet AS is situated in Bodø where 9 of their pre-schools are located. There is also one in Brønnøysund. All together they have 170 employees and about 700 children in the ages of 6 months – 6 years.


Et Tu Tres Förskolor
These seven pre-schools are the newest addition to the Acea Company. They are located in Sweden - all of them close to Stockholm. They employ about 130 persons and have capacity for over 600 children.

The holding Company of all these three companies is Acea Holding AS and is now working on developing more pre-schools in Scandinavia.

Acea Holding AS is Norway's fourth biggest company in this sector and is owned together with Benn Eidissen and Even Carlsen.
